Responsibilities include:
- respond to resident requests and problems with a high level of customer service
- respond to site visits and telephone inquiries and conduct tours of the property
- optimize occupancy while maximizing effective leased rent
- use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic levels
- maintain a thorough knowledge of property and our competition
- prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
- follow policies and procedures in the qualification, screening, and acceptance of applicants
- walk move-ins to ensure readiness
- previous leasing experience
- a professional image
- great customer service skills, including written and verbal communication
- be a team player with a great outlook
